Move-out and post-construction work commands the highest rates because everything gets touched — cabinets, appliances, baseboards, windows. If your quote for those lands near a standard-clean price, you are underpricing the scope.

How does it work out the price?

What should I charge per square foot?
Most US professionals land between $0.08 and $0.25 per square foot for a standard clean, and $0.20 to $0.40 for a deep clean. The calculator shows your effective price per square foot and warns you when a quote drops under the typical band for that clean type.
How big should recurring discounts be?
Typical discounts are around 5% for monthly, 10% for biweekly and 15% for weekly service, and all three are editable. The recurring value box shows what each client is worth per month and per year, so you can see exactly what the discount buys you.
Should the first clean cost more?
Yes. A first visit usually takes 1.5 to 2 times longer than a maintenance visit because you are resetting the whole house. Quote it with the deep clean setting, then switch to the standard type for the recurring price.
